SALES, DISCOUNTS, AND FREE SHIPPING

Sales or discount prices may not be used in conjunction with other discount offers. Free shipping does apply for all product orders over $50.00 and within the domestic US.  For additional shipping details, see below.

Sales and discounts do not apply to SIDI, Biknd, Bont, Assos, HED, Campagnolo, Garmin, Pakboats, Tacx trainers, Zipp, Polar, Chariot Carriers, Scicon Atlas and Aerotech cases, Trico Sports, or Tri All 3.  In some cases, a discount on items within these brands may occur. The sale price is as marked on the site.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not rent, sell or provide information to third parties. External Links: Gear and Training does link to other sits, but we are not responsible for the privacy policies for those sites. Lastly, we work to protect the security of your Personal Information during any transmission of same by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Our commitment is to the absolute best shopping experience for our customers.  However, situations occur and the need arises to exchange or return a product.

All items must be returned in new, unused, resellable packaging with all parts and a copy of the original invoice within 30 days of invoice.  No return authorization is needed. Any purchases between Thanksgiving and Christmas will receive an additional 30 days from the date of purchase.

Clothing items, including wetsuits, gloves, shoes, etc. must be unworn with all tags attatched

Due to health restrictions, all swim items cannot be returned or exchanged if worn in the water.

Wheels, powermeters, tires, pedals, and all other parts must not be ridden or used in anyway.  Custom bikes are not eligible to for returns or exchanges.

Items marked with SPECIAL in the product name are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

If product is returned, Gear and Training will return product to the customer, at their expense, if not in resellable or unworn condition.

Gear and Training will cover shipping charges, both back and forth, in the event of a defective, damage during shipping, or improperly shipped items.

In the case of a return or exchange, return the product and a copy of the invoice with noted action items to Gear and Training. If you have any questions, contact us via email or by calling 877-647-5717.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to Gear and Training, unless otherwise noted.

Upon the receipt of your return or from the date of cancellation, Gear and Training will contact you via email.  We will work to return or exchange the product as soon as possible.  Please allow 1 billing cycle, from the date of email confirmation of return or cancellation, to receive credit adjustments.

When to expect your refund or credit?
Your credit or refund will take 1 billing cycle from the date of cancellation or when the product was received by Gear and Training.  If you paid by money order or paypal, we'll mail you a refund check within 10-14 business days.

Within the contiguous 48 states
Regular shipping within the United States may take up to 10 business days. You will be notified of any unexpected delay.

UPS Second Day Air: 3 business days*
UPS Next Day Air: 1-2 business days*
USPS Priority Mail: up to 10 business days

* Orders must be received before 10am Central Standard Time to be shipped that same day.

Shipping Charges Outside of US

Outside the Continental US
For orders to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO, FPO's do qualify for shippping discounts, if available.

International Orders

Gear and Training has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The professional and friendly people at International Checkout will process your order and provide world class customer service. All inquiries should be directed to International Checkout. MISCELLANEOUS

Gear and Training reserves the right to hold any order for suspected fraud.  In this event, the customer will be notified.  If shipping and billing addresses are different, Gear and Training reserves the right to verify information and this may cause delay in delivery time.

All website orders and phone orders are subject to Gear and Training's acceptance.  This includes data entry errors, stock availabity, clearance prices, and special orders.
